Novotel Singapore on Stevens is a centrally located hotel in Singapore. It is a joint hotel sharing a building and resources with Mercure Hotel. The staff are courteous, but there seems to be understaffing. Housekeeping is provided every other day. The rooms are decent and the guest profile is not overcrowded. The swimming pool is unattended by staff

The Novotel on Stevens in Singapore is stylish and offers best living space. The world of art miniatures and sculpters in lobby provide good opportunity for photo shoot. I was enthralled with broad smile and welcoming nature of Deepika at the front desk spreading positive energy. The hotel rooms stands out with Cleanliness and public areas maintained very well. The Pool area is hit with kids, providing comfortable place to relax. The breakfast spread is well planned catering to everyone's taste. Kids loved the spread so did me and my wife. The best thing is free shuttle which runs every hour, One downside is Lack of TV Channels selection. However excellent guest service, room service outweighs this. The front desk staff especially Deepika deserves praise and appreciation as during checkout too made it hassle free.

Our experience is simply excellent! We’ll definitely come again😊🙏🙏I was very happy with the concierge servise specially with Ramesh who helped us in every way. Also the operator service was very prompt. The room was clean we were given few free drinks in the room which made us pleasantly surprised.

My husband and I had a pleasant stay at The Novotel on Stevens in Singapore. Our flight arrived very early in the morning and they accommodated an early check-in for a small fee. The staff, especially Deepika, were very friendly. The hotel grounds had a very relaxing area with sofas and swing chairs lending to a lovely evening ambience. There were many types of restaurants around the hotel grounds for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Even a Seven Eleven if you cared for a midnight chip snack! The location was in a quiet residential area and the hotel offered numerous daily shuttle bus services to/from Orchard Road. I would recommend the Novotel on Stevens to anyone.

The hotel is located in a residential area, very quiet and close to the city center. The gym is open 24 hours a day and has plenty of equipment and the two swimming pools are perfect either to swim or just relax. During our stay, we had access to the 2nd floor lounge to enjoy the evening cocktail with a great choice of food and beverage. A big thank you to Thaua, Sean, Chaw, Sofia and all the members of the team who are always very attentive and caring. We will come back there for our next stay in Singapore.
